The $10 covers the cost of provisioning your dedicated reseller panel and configuring your account with the correct permissions, API keys, and WHMCS module access. It is a one-time fee paid alongside your $100 credit.

Can I use the $100 credit for renewals? +

Yes. Your $100 credit can be used for both new license purchases and license renewals. The credit is applied to your account balance and deducted automatically when you place orders.

I already bought services before becoming a reseller. What happens to them? +

When you upgrade to the reseller program, all your previously purchased services are automatically synced to reseller pricing. This means future renewals and any related transactions on those existing services will reflect the wholesale discount — no manual adjustment needed.

Is the WHMCS plugin included free of charge? +

Yes. The WHMCS plugin is included with your reseller account at no extra cost. It supports automatic provisioning, account creation, suspension, termination, and renewal for every product in our catalog.

What can I do with the API? +

Our REST API gives you full programmatic access to your reseller account. You can list products, check pricing, place orders, retrieve license keys, suspend or terminate services, and manage customer accounts — all from your own backend systems.

Is white-label included, or is it an extra fee? +
